Thank you for supporting Three Hoodoo Sisters. We appreciate that you are supporting a small business! Please be aware that most of our products are made from scratch. That means we actually physically make many of the products that you order. We do not provide rushed shipping.That means shipping is 2- 3 weeks and 3-4 weeks during sales. We will not issue refunds or cancel orders because you are not willing to wait. You must be willing to wait on your items.
You are given a tracking number, not because we are about to ship, but to let you know we have printed out your shipping label and preparing your products. It can take up to a week to get a shipping number if we are packing previous orders or making products.
We cannot replace items whose statues says "DELIVERED" that is an issue you must take on with your local post office. You must file an insurance claim with the post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an item is broken, we will issue you a full refund for the broken item. We will issue full refunds for missing items. We have no problem refunding you for missing or broken items.
