Three Hoodoo Sisters Shipping Policy

All products from Three Hoodoo Sisters are handcrafted and prepared from scratch by Priestess Sabree with intention and care. Because of the spiritual preparation involved in each item, please allow adequate time for your order to be completed.

Processing & Shipping Time

• Standard orders ship within 2–3 weeks.

• Sale items and promotional items may take 4–5 weeks to process and ship due to high order volume.

Each item is carefully prepared, prayed over, and assembled before it is sent out.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive a tracking number a few days before the package ships. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery once it leaves our hands.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked DELIVERED by the postal service, Three Hoodoo Sisters is no longer responsible for the package.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery:

• You must file a claim directly with the postal carrier.

• Use your tracking number to begin the claim process

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
